Etsu Pacific Ocean Water Gin is a limited edition Japanese gin that beautifully brings together craftsmanship, symbolism, and taste. This special edition is dedicated to the koi carp, an iconic symbol in Japanese culture that stands for strength, perseverance, and elegance. At the heart of the bottle is a deep blue glass koi, making each bottle feel like a small work of art and a true eye-catcher in your collection or on the bar.
This gin is produced at the Asahikawa Distillery on the northern island of Hokkaido in Japan. What makes Etsu Pacific Ocean Water so unique is the use of water from the depths of the Pacific Ocean. This gives the gin extra intensity, character, and a subtle briny note that perfectly complements the fresh Japanese botanicals.
After a 22-hour maceration, the botanicals are distilled, giving the gin its refined and balanced flavor profile. The iodine-like notes of this exceptional gin beautifully bring out botanicals such as Japanese yuzu and bitter orange peel. The result is an elegant, fresh, and expressive gin with a distinct maritime personality.
Perfect to discover neat, but especially delicious in a refined Gin & Tonic or as a base for cocktails with a fresh, citrusy touch.

Perfect Serve:
Pour 5 cl of Etsu Pacific Ocean Water Gin into a large gin and tonic glass with ice. Add 10 cl of premium tonic, stir gently, and garnish with a lemon zest. This allows the fresh citrus aromas and the subtle ocean notes to come into their own beautifully.
