This gin is produced at the Asahikawa Distillery on the northern island of Hokkaido in Japan. What makes Etsu Pacific Ocean Water so unique is the use of water from the depths of the Pacific Ocean. After a 22-hour maceration, the botanicals are distilled, giving the gin its refined and balanced flavor profile.
