Edelweiss Gin

This Belgian Edelweiss Gin is made in the Verhofstede Brewery, in the Waasland. Edelweiss Gin is made with twenty carefully selected botanicals, the best grain alcohol and water from the historic 'Edelweiss springs' (hence the name). The ingredients include juniper berries, citrus zest (lemon, orange), roses, coriander, cucumber, rosemary, anise and other exotic fruits. The taste of the Edelweiss Gin is distinctly floral with hints of citrus and herbs.

It is best to combine the Edelweiss Gin with a spicy tonic such as the Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic. As garnishes you can use a selection of these botanicals: cucumber, juniper berry, lime, black pepper, basil and nutmeg.
