Crema di Giandiua 50 cl

Bottega Crema di Gianduia is a refined Italian cream liqueur from Veneto, inspired by the rich tradition of Italian pastry. This creamy liqueur combines carefully selected ingredients with Bottega's years of liqueur expertise, resulting in a smooth, elegant, and deliciously full flavor experience.

Gianduia chocolate originated in Piedmont in 1806, when the high price of cocoa inspired local master pastry chefs to replace part of the cocoa with finely ground, roasted hazelnuts. Thus, an iconic chocolate style was born with an intense, elegant taste and a typical aroma of cocoa and hazelnut. That classic combination also forms the heart of Bottega Crema di Gianduia.

For this liqueur, the distinctive flavor of Gianduia chocolate is combined with a soft cream derived exclusively from Alpine milk. This creates a creamy, round texture that deliciously envelops the palate. A final touch of grappa gives the liqueur extra aromatic depth and makes it unique and recognizable.

In the glass, Bottega Crema di Gianduia has a warm brown color with creamy nuances. The nose opens with intense aromas of cocoa and hazelnut, typical of Gianduia chocolate. On the palate, it is soft, velvety, and seductive, with a rich chocolate flavor, nutty depth, and a beautiful balance between aromatic intensity and the sweetness of milk cream.

 

Serving suggestion:

Serve Bottega Crema di Gianduia well chilled at approximately 3°C. Delicious neat after a meal, over vanilla, chocolate, or hazelnut ice cream, with tiramisu, panna cotta, or dry biscuits. Also ideal as a creamy chocolate accent in cocktails with coffee, amaretto, or rum.
