Champagne Crucifix Père & Fils – Premier Cru family champagne from Montagne de Reims
Champagne Crucifix Père & Fils is a family-owned artisan champagne house from the Champagne region (Montagne de Reims / Avenay-Val d'Or), where for five generations high-quality champagnes have been produced with respect for tradition, terroir and modern finesse.
The story behind Champagne Crucifix Père & Fils
The history of Champagne Crucifix Père & Fils goes back to the 1940s, when André Gabriel and Paule Potier began making their own champagne, originally under the name Gabriel-Potier.
In 1960, their daughter Nelly and her husband Pierre Crucifix took over the estate and continued production under the name Champagne Pierre Crucifix.
Later, Jean-Jacques Crucifix joined the family business and modernised the working methods, allowing the estate to grow and develop further quality.
In 2005, Sébastien Crucifix — the fifth generation — gave the house the current name Champagne Crucifix Père & Fils, together with his wife Carole, who brought creative and visual innovation to the communication, without losing the heritage and respect for terroir.
To this day, the estate remains true to the values of craftsmanship, family and terroir, and continues to produce Champagne that is both elegant and expressive.
