The story behind Château d'Estoublon
Château d'Estoublon is located in Fontvieille, in the heart of the Alpilles massif. The estate has existed since 1489 and currently covers approximately 300 hectares. Throughout the centuries, it has grown into an exceptional Provençal estate where olive groves, vineyards, gastronomy, and the French art of living come together.
The history of the château dates back to “Le Grand Mas”, which was later renamed Château d'Estoublon. The first olive oil mill was built in 1731. Since then, olive oil has played an important role in the story of the estate.
