Straight from the heart of Sololá, in the shadow of the enchanting Lake Atitlán, comes this rich espresso from the Atitlán Pasajquim Kape cooperative. At an altitude of 1,200 to 1,400 meters, the Bourbon , Caturra and Catuai varieties grow in fertile, volcanic soils bursting with minerals. This natural richness gives the beans their characteristic energy and deep flavor.
After harvest, the beans are carefully washed – a process that brings clarity and balance to the flavour profile. The medium roast for espresso emphasises the creamy body and allows space for the warm, sweet notes: think velvety milk chocolate, melted caramel and subtle hints of cinnamon.
This coffee is often described as comfortable and versatile – ideal for those who love an espresso with character, but also perfect for cappuccinos, flat whites or a Sunday morning latte.
