La Masrojana's pitted Arbequina olives are a true delicacy from the Terra Alta region of Catalonia. Selected from the small but flavorful Arbequina olive, these olives are known for their soft texture and mild, nutty flavor. They are traditionally fermented and packed in brine, without artificial additives.

These olives are perfect as an aperitif, with tapas, or as a flavorful addition to salads, pasta, and Mediterranean dishes. Thanks to the pit, they retain their firmness and full aroma.
