Win Verdejo Sparkling White is made from the Spanish Verdejo grape, grown in Valbuena de Duero in the interior of Spain. The wine has an accessible, fruity style with low acidity and aromas of pineapple, ripe peach, and other stone fruit.

To remove the alcohol, Win uses the special spinning cone technique. In this process, the volatile aromas, alcohol, and body of the wine are carefully separated. After the alcohol is removed, the aromas and body are recombined so that as much of the wine's original character as possible is preserved.

Next, carbon dioxide is added, creating a pleasant, lively effervescence. The result is a fresh and refined alcohol-free sparkling that is both festive and easy to drink.
Serve well chilled as an aperitif, with light snacks, or during a festive occasion.
