Tubetti Rigati - Rustichella d'Abruzzo

Rustichella d'Abruzzo's Tubetti Rigati is a traditional, small, tubular pasta that is perfect for soups like minestrone, but also ideal for oven dishes or cold pasta salads.

Artisanal production using high-quality wheat semolina and fresh spring water from the surrounding mountains, and slowly dried at 35°C, this pasta retains its full flavour and firm texture.

Thanks to the use of bronze molds, the pasta develops a slightly rough exterior, allowing sauces and broths to adhere perfectly. With the tubetti rigati, you're getting not only a quality product but also a true all-rounder.
