Founded in 1828, Springbank Distillery is known for its traditional and artisanal production methods. This 18 year old whiskey is made with 100% Scottish malted barley, with the water coming from the pure Crosshill Loch spring. Brewer's yeast is used for fermentation and the distillation process takes place in traditional copper pot stills according to a unique 2.5 distillation process.

The whiskey matures for 18 years in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, resulting in a deep amber color and an exceptional taste experience.

Tasting notes:
- On the nose: Aromas of honey and dark fruits such as plums and raisins, with subtle hints of chocolate, nuts and a light peat smoke.
- On the palate: Full and rich with notes of fruit cake, sherry, marzipan, and a soft smoke, together with nuances of spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Finish: Long and complex, with persistent notes of sherry, oak and a hint of smoke.
