The Souvignier Gris wine has a wide range of gastronomic applications and easily supports Oriental dishes.

About the vineyard:

In 2017, the Saffelberg vineyard was created next to the restaurant Popelier (Gooik), in the shadow of Saffelberg Castle. (Tip: you can visit this within walking distance of the Flavor Shop, bring a picnic for the road and enjoy your trip!) ​

Our starting point was to plant the plot with vines that can produce grapes that are as organic as possible . We have recently started making wines that perfectly match what we want to achieve: attractive fresh wines with balanced acidity within an elegant structure.
