The Solera Rum N°1 is the fourth release in the series of Ghost in a Bottle. This rum is a blend of different vintages, ranging from 2 to 8 years old, according to the traditional Solera system. After distillation in Venezuela, the rum is matured for another year on ex-bourbon barrels in the cellars of Ghost in a Bottle in Hoeilaart, Belgium.

With its rich flavour of dried stone fruits such as dates, raisins and sultanas, Solera N°1 offers an unctuous experience. The nose reveals soft baking spices and a hint of gingerbread. On the palate you will taste a sweet mix of dried fruits, vanilla and a subtle hint of spices. The finish is soft, full of flavour and rich in vanilla.

This award-winning rum deserves to be served neat or over ice, allowing its complex layers to fully develop.
