This exclusive bottling from Gordon & MacPhail's renowned Connoisseurs Choice range was distilled in 2005 at the Pulteney Distillery and matured for 20 years in a refill sherry butt. The result is a deeply layered single malt with a beautiful balance of fruity sweetness, spicy warmth, and elegant woody notes.

Bottled at 56.9% alcohol (cask strength), this whisky retains its full and authentic character. On the nose, rich aromas of sultana raisins and blackcurrants open up, followed by warm notes of cinnamon and stewed red fruit. On the palate, a full and complex structure develops with hints of walnut and toffee apple, gradually transitioning into subtle raspberry liqueur and soft tannins. The finish is long, elegant, and warming.

This limited release is a beautiful expression of the characterful Pulteney style and an excellent choice for collectors and enthusiasts of old sherry-aged whiskies.
