Rustichella d'Abruzzo - Penne Rigate
Rustichella d'Abruzzo Penne Rigate is made traditionally with high-quality wheat semolina and fresh spring water from the surrounding mountains. Thanks to the slow drying process at a low temperature (35°C), the flavor is optimally preserved and the pasta acquires a firm, characterful bite.
The penne is drawn through bronze dies, which creates a slightly rough texture. This allows sauces to adhere better to the surface. This is ideal for rich tomato sauces, creamy creations, or casseroles.
