The olives used for this olive oil are the coratina and peranzana varieties. The oil is made in a traditional way and with cold pressing. Granite stones are used during pressing, which ensures optimal quality and taste! You can use this olive oil both cold and warm. Be sure to use them in a dressing, salad or on a carpaccio! And why not simply go with a piece of bread and some coarse sea salt.
