Mint & Licorice is a Pure Flavor blend based on green maté, the South American infusion made from the yerba plant. Peppermint and liquorice join in, along with cinnamon, chicory root, citrus peel and rose petals.

Taste

Peppermint gives a fresh start, while liquorice brings a naturally sweet, aniseed-like finish. Cinnamon and chicory add warmth and a slightly roasted note, and the citrus peel keeps it light. No need for sugar.

How I brew it

• Amount: 1 heaped teaspoon per cup.
• Water: boiling, 100 °C.
• Steeping time: 8 to 10 minutes.
• Cold too: let it cool and pour over ice with a sprig of fresh mint.

Contains liquorice: drink in moderation if you have high blood pressure.
