Oolong tea is a semi-oxidized tea. Oolong tea combines the freshness of green tea with the full character of black tea. The leaves are dark green in color and rolled into small balls. The infusion is light green/yellow in color. This tea is a complexly produced Oolong that acquires its characteristic, softly milky flavor through treatment with steam from milk. This Oolong tea also has a milky mouthfeel. Hence the name 'Milky' Oolong. Let the Milky Oolong tea steep for 2 to 3 minutes and use water at 90°C.
