Morgondagg means 'morning dew'. This Swedish single malt from Mackmyra's Moment series rested for years in the silence of the Bodås mine, deep underground.

Taste

A shimmering whisky with a dew-fresh, herbal nose, notes of sweet pear and a gleam of soft vanilla.

How I serve it

• Neat: in a tulip glass, at room temperature.
• With a drop of water: it opens up further.
• As a gift: in its gift box, with the tag tied around the neck.

A whisky from Sweden, for anyone who wants to taste something other than Scotland.
