Lemongrass and blackcurrant give this tea a fresh yet fruity flavor with a slightly champagne-like character. A smooth tea that does not leave a bitter aftertaste too quickly.

This Kir Royal tea also works well as iced tea. You can either brew it hot and let it cool down, or infuse it directly in cold water. This way, you avoid any bitterness whatsoever. Optionally, combine it with sparkling water and a little elderflower syrup for an alcohol-free aperitif.

Brewing advice: Let infuse for about 2 to 3 minutes and use water at 80 °C.
