Ginetical Gin

Ginetical The Royal Edition is a Belgian distilled gin. A dozen classic herbs were used, with a delicate touch of wild gale (Myrica gale). The aromatically scented shrub occurs naturally in "Bosland (Lommel and Hechtel region, Limburg, Belgium). The small stone fruits contain a lot of essential oil. The strongly scented flowers were previously used to make royal bridal bouquets. Hence the French name "Piment royal ".

The end result is a fine, complex gin with Mediterranean notes of laurel, anise and pepper, but also fruit and honey. The aftertaste is soft and long with a hint of licorice.

Ginetical is best combined with a neutral tonic. As a garnish, add some juniper berries and a sprig of rosemary.
