Rustichella d'Abruzzo's gluten-free, organic spaghetti is proof that a food allergy or a conscious choice doesn't have to mean compromising flavor. This pasta is handcrafted with high-quality cornmeal and fresh spring water from the Abruzzo mountains.
Just like Rustichella's traditional pasta, this spaghetti is also slowly dried at 35°C, optimally preserving its flavor, texture, and nutritional value. The pasta is drawn through bronze molds, creating a coarse texture that allows sauces to adhere perfectly.
