Add this herb mixture of garlic and parsley to some butter at room temperature. Then place back in the refrigerator to let the flavors develop. The garlic butter goes perfectly with a nicely cooked steak, a piece of lamb or mutton. This butter is also a pure pleasure on the tongue on escargots. The herb mixture can also be used alone or with some olive oil in a salad.
