Taste

Fresh and sour from lemon, gently sweet, with the warmth of whiskey underneath. At 12.5% it's lighter than a Whiskey Sour at the bar, so also one for those who don't want it too strong.

How I serve it

• Shaken: 10 cl in a shaker with 3 ice cubes, shake hard and pour over fresh ice.
• With foam: a classic Whiskey Sour has a foamy top; add a teaspoon of egg white to the shaker.
• To finish: a slice of lemon and a cocktail cherry, or a few drops of bitters on the foam.
• With a snack: lovely with salted nuts or a cheese board.
