You'll recognise Mossman by its blue floral and leaf pattern, which gives the stoneware a summery, slightly rustic feel. This set is made for two: a piece of cheese on the board, and chutney, honey or nuts in the dishes.

What it looks like

An acacia wood board with an inlaid panel of blue flowers and leaves, two deep blue dishes and a cheese knife with a wooden handle.

How I use it

• a wedge of mature cheddar with chutney
• soft goat's cheese with honey and walnuts
• as a gift for a cheese-loving couple
