Tea Bears are little fruit gummies you dissolve in hot water: tea without a bag or strainer. This flavour is blueberry, with a hint of white tea extract.

Taste

Sweet and fruity, with the deep, slightly tart note of blueberries. As tea it makes a soft, fruity cup; as a sweet, a chewy little bear full of berry flavour.

How I use them

• As tea: mix 2 to 3 bears into 20 cl of hot water and stir until dissolved.
• As a sweet: straight from the jar, also lovely as a fruity sweet.
• At the office: no strainer or teapot needed, just a cup of hot water.
• As a gift: the little glass jar makes a nice extra in a tea hamper.

Start with two bears and add a third if you want the tea sweeter or fuller.
