Solar Gin is no ordinary gin, but an exceptional example of innovation and craftsmanship. This unique gin is distilled entirely using 100% solar heat, a sustainable process that takes no less than four weeks. Thanks to this gentle, low-temperature distillation method, a velvety smooth and perfectly balanced gin with a refined character is created. The result is a contemporary gin in which the juniper remains beautifully balanced with surprising botanicals.

Tasting notes:
- On the nose: floral nose, subtly enriched with fresh citrus aromas
- On the palate: a harmony of orange, coriander, orange blossom, and licorice
