The Waterloo “The Brewer” Single Malt Whisky is a unique, limited edition produced entirely on the iconic Mont-Saint-Jean farm. From brewing and distilling to maturation and bottling: every detail exudes craftsmanship and terroir.

After 6 years of maturation in carefully selected French oak and bourbon casks, this whisky reveals a rich and refined character. On the nose, you discover a seductive interplay of caramelized pear tart and almond cream, freshly lifted by citrus and subtle floral notes. Furthermore, aromas of apricot marmalade, fig compote, and a soft touch of clove and amber caramel develop.

The taste is round, soft, and creamy, with a gourmand profile in which notes of Breughel apple pie, nectarine, and vanilla harmoniously blend with light brown sugar and light caramel accents. The texture is perfectly balanced: rich without being heavy.

The finish is long and elegant, with nuances of mirabelle plum, vanilla, and wood, complemented by a subtle spiciness and a soft return of caramelized fruit.

With an alcohol percentage of 43% and distillation using both pot still and column distillation, this whisky offers a modern interpretation of tradition.
