The Benromach 15 Year Old is the distillery's flagship whisky, a classic Speyside single malt matured for 15 years in carefully selected first-fill sherry and bourbon casks. The result? A richly layered whisky with deep flavors of cracked black pepper, toasted oak, juicy apples, dark chocolate, and ripe forest fruits.

The sherry cask influence brings a lush touch of dried fruit and spice, while the lightly peated barley adds an elegant smokiness reminiscent of traditional Speyside whiskies from before the 1960s.

Tasting notes:
- On the nose: Sweet toffee and forest fruits, followed by notes of cracked black pepper, peat smoke, dark chocolate and dried banana.
On the palate: Creamy and sweet with notes of ripe apples, toasted oak, dark chocolate, roasted malt, and orange peel. A light smokiness completes the whole.
