A very old and famous Chinese tea from Yunnan province. Coarse, light-colored leaves, reddish-brown infusion, smooth and earthy. Because of the color of the leaves, this specialty is also called "red tea." Its unique character is achieved through a special fermentation process.

Brewing advice: let the tea infuse for 2 to 3 minutes in water at 98°C.
