This Plantation Fiji Islands 2001 was matured for 20 years. 19 years in Bourbon barrels, 1 year in Ferrand barrels. The distillate was then finished in Rozelieures Single Malt whiskey barrels.

Characteristics:
- Smell: Sweet scent of vanilla and caramel with smoky touch
- Mouth : Strong taste with smoky accents and notes of chocolate and grain.
- Aftertaste: Smoky aftertaste, really something for the lover of peated whisky.
