Plantation Jamaica 2009 was finished in Spanish Orange wine barrels. The first maturation took place for 8 years in Bourbon barrels, followed by another maturation of 4 years in Ferrand barrels.

Characteristics:
- Nose: sweet scent of caramel, vanilla and bananas.
- Mouth: Spicy taste of raisins, orange and other cooked fruit in combination with the sweetness of the alcohol.
- Aftertaste: dry and spicy.
