John Grant personally travels to Spain to select only the finest European oak casks, previously used for the maturation of fine Oloroso sherry.

Characteristics:
Amber colored with dark gold accents
- Nose: complex, but refined, with seductive aromas of marmalade, honey, freshly ground coffee, sherry and nuts. Some oak tannins.
- Mouth: full and robust, the sherry and oak fight for attention, but do not dominate.
- Aftertaste: intense, long lasting, dry and malty. A nice dark chocolate taste in the back of the mouth.
