Cihuatán Alux is a limited edition rum. Inspired by the Mayan legend of the Aluxes, patron deities of the land. This protected the valuable soil of the corn and cocoa fields. Before the harvest, these gods were honored with a delicious feast of chocolate and corn.
The notes of chocolate and corn can therefore be found in this gin.

Tasting notes: notes of Maya atole, cashew nuts, cinnamon sticks, ginger, roasted corn and chocolate mousse.
