Dukkah - Le Comptoir Africain

Dukkah is a herbal mixture originally from Egypt. It is a delicious mix based on grilled hazelnuts, pistachios and peppers.

Food pairing:
Traditionally, dukkah is served with flatbread dipped in oil. You can also use the herbs as tapas, as a dip, with your vegetables in a salad or as a topping for your poke bowl.

Ingredients: grilled hazelnuts, grilled pistachios, coriander seeds , sunflower seeds and caraway seeds, roasted sesame, pepper, sweet paprika, mint.
