Rum Babs - Pineapple, Vanilla & Pink Pepper 70 cl
Ideal to serve as is, but can also be enjoyed ice cold. Rum babs also provide the ideal basis for a delicious cocktail. Take 50ml rum Babs, 20ml lime juice, 15ml cayenne pepper syrup and finish with 60ml Ginger beer. You can garnish with some lime or mint leaves.
Characteristics:
Floral/earthy notes of pink pepper on the nose. Shortly followed by the feeling of sweetness and caramel.
During the tasting you will discover the ideal balance between the sweetness and sourness of the pineapple. The vanilla is added and at the end a light kick from the pink pepper.
