This gin is the latest from New Zealand Scapegrape - a black gin! The dark hue is thanks to the botanical ingredients, including aronia berry, butterfly pea, saffron, pineapple and sweet potato. In addition, the spirit changes color when mixed with tonic water, in different shades of pink and blue.
