Made on Mount Gerazim in the West Bank, near a small town called Nablus making this Belazu's Tahini from the original Tahini house. The sesame seeds come from Ethiopia, where, according to experts, they produce the best sesame in the world. They are first washed and then roasted. Once peeled, the seeds are double ground for an incredibly fine and creamy texture.

Food pairing:

Make your own traditional hummus, drizzle on some roasted cauliflower, eggplant or any other vegetable; or whisk the tahini with lemon juice and cold water to make a tahini dressing. Mmmmm.
