The Sauvignon Blanc grapes were grown in the Gers region and distilled to 70°. These are then enriched with a mix of aromatic herbs and fruit such as citrus, pink grapefruit peel, bitter orange, mandarin, lemon, lime, lychee, violets, licorice, wormwood and sage. The result is then blended with a recent base wine, produced on the Domaine Les Fumées Blanches from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. This mix results in a balanced vermouth with an intense and complex aromatic profile to discover.

Serving tip:
