For this blend, young and old Malvasia wines were carefully selected and matured in old French oak barrels in the various Barbeito warehouses. They wanted to produce a Malvasia in its purest state while retaining the main characteristics and uniqueness of this grape. This wine has a very exuberant aroma and the fact that it is not overly sweet helps to showcase the acidity at the end of the palate even better. The Madeira Collection No. 3 has become a real gastronomic wine that combines excellently with crème caramel, chocolate cake and apple pie.
