TASTING NOTES

Nose: Breathe it in and feel how the whiskey stimulates the senses and the nose. Intense peat and smoke, sea air, oatmeal, clean vanilla and toffee.

Mouth: A burning, hot whiskey where the mouth fills with smoke. It feels almost thick with oiliness before softening and becoming creamier, with nutty, salty and citrus notes.

Finish: The mouth is almost in shock, numb and tingling. A sweetness mixes nicely with the slowly fading smoke and leaves a salty taste.
