Virunga Gin gets its essence from the misty rainforest overlooking the Virunga volcanoes in Central Africa. The precise blend of rare African botanicals, and the know-how of one of the oldest English distilleries, make this gin a robust and moving nectar in the image of the discreet inhabitants of this region: the mountain gorillas.

Our choice to produce a gin with African inspiration goes beyond a range of rare plants from this region. With Virunga Gin we support the campaign of the Dian Fossey Fund. They work to preserve this sanctuary and protect the last mountain gorillas.

This delicious gin with an alcohol content of 43% has a robust and spicy nose with aromas of coriander, juniper berries and jasmine.

The taste in the mouth is soft and round thanks to a hint of rose and citrus fruits such as lime and mandarin. This gin can easily be drunk on ice.
