Plantation Pineapple Rum 70 cl

The skin of Victoria pineapple is infused with Plantation 3 Stars rum, which is then further distilled. Separately, the pineapple fruit is infused with Plantation Original Dark Rum. Both distillate and fruit infusion are ultimately blended together, creating a rich and delicious pineapple bouquet, accented by smoky and clove notes.

TASTING NOTES

A rich and delicious bouquet, accentuated by smoky notes and aromas of tropical fruit, pineapple, lemon peel and a hint of clove. The palate opens with a structured, pleasant feeling of ripe banana, pineapple and spices, layered in a smoky finish.

FURTHER EXPLANATION...

Plantation Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple Rum is the fruit of the labor of a third collaboration between Alexandre Gabriel and David Wondrich. Alexandre and David first worked together to create Ferrand Cognac 1840 Original Formula, which was introduced at Tales of the Cocktail in 2011 and subsequently awarded Best New Product at the 2012 Cocktail Spirit Awards. The second collaboration resulted in the Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao, launched in 2012 and voted Spirit of the Year at the Berlin Bar Show in 2012.
