The story behind La Chinata
La Chinata was founded in 1932 and has since become a benchmark for high-quality Spanish olive oil.
The olive oil is produced with olives of the unique Manzanilla Cacereña variety, native to the region around Cáceres in Extremadura. This olive variety is known for its soft yet aromatic profile and is considered one of the jewels of Spanish olive cultivation.
La Chinata works exclusively with cold pressing, so that all aromas, antioxidants and purity are maximally preserved.
