These mills are the warmer siblings of the blond Gather mills. The wood is darker with a beautiful grain, and goes well with a wooden table, a wooden salad bowl or a farmhouse kitchen.

What they look like

Two cylindrical mills in natural dark wood with a visible grain, a metal band around the middle and a small metal knob on top. 16.5 cm tall.

How I use them

• salt and pepper next to the grill or the pan
• one filled with dried chilli flakes, for those who like it hot
• as a Father's Day or birthday gift for the cook in the house
