Rustichella d'Abruzzo - Fusilli
Rustichella d'Abruzzo Fusilli is handcrafted using only the finest ingredients: high-quality wheat semolina and pure spring water from the surrounding mountains. The slow drying process at a low temperature (35°C) gives the pasta a deep, authentic flavor and a firm bite.
The fusilli is pulled through bronze molds, creating a textured surface that sauces adhere to. Thanks to its spiral shape, this pasta is ideal for perfectly absorbing any sauce—from light to rich.
