Taste

Herbal and fresh, with the bitterness of quinine, a green touch of thyme and basil and a peppery finish.

How I use it

• Gin and tonic: with a herbal gin, ice and a sprig of thyme or a basil leaf.
• With juniper: a few berries in the glass bring out the gin.
• Alcohol-free: on its own over ice with a slice of cucumber.

My choice for a gin with lots of botanicals.
