Don Papa Alon is a unique, limited-edition premium rum distilled on the island of Negros in the Philippines—also known as "Sugarlandia." This expression is inspired by the free, fiery spirit of the island's nature, the sea, and local ingredients.

Made with molasses from Philippine sugarcane, this drink is flavored with a tropical infusion of toasted coconut, jackfruit, and chili pepper. This creates a warm, exotic explosion of flavors perfectly balanced between sweet, spicy, and fruity—a true tribute to the northern Philippines.

The name "Alon" means wave in Filipino, and you can feel it in every sip. A rolling, undulating taste experience that starts with smoothness, is followed by spiciness, and ends with a long, tropical finish.
