Taste

Cherry takes centre stage, as the label with its two cherries promises. At 12.5% it's light enough to have a few, and strong enough to taste like a proper cocktail. The label says it best: 12.5% alc./vol., 100% fun.

How I serve it

• Shaken: 10 cl in a shaker with 3 ice cubes, shake hard and pour into a coupe.
• With foam: add a teaspoon of egg white to the shaker, as with the Pornstar Martini, for a soft foamy top.
• To finish: a cherry on a cocktail stick or a twist of lemon peel.
• At a party: chill the bottle and let everyone help themselves.
