The story behind Nobilem

Nobilem was founded with the ambition to establish premium Belgian beer that embraces both tradition and innovation. For years, the founders have worked intensively to refine their recipes—think a full-bodied Tripel, a thirst-quenching Blond, and a fruity Rubi—all brewed in collaboration with Beerselect Brewery to guarantee consistency and quality.

The name Nobilem comes from the Latin word Nobilis, meaning “exalted, excellent or superb” — a nod to the taste experience they aim to deliver.
