Kriek Mariage Parfait is a traditional unsweetened, unfiltered “Old Kriek” from Lembeek.

Kriek Mariage Parfait is prepared from Young Lambic to which fresh wild cherries are added. The resulting cherry lambic matures for 6 to 8 months in oak barrels. After natural fermentation, this beer is bottled, after which a secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle.
